This is a soft and tender dote-ni (stewed beef stew) made from the cow's hind leg, known as "chimaki," which is packed with collagen.It is made using white miso, red miso, and Hatcho miso, and has a slightly sweet taste, making it a perfect dish to pair with alcohol.In addition to green onions and garlic leaves similar to chives, toppings include daikon radish (220 yen, tax included), boiled egg (165 yen, tax included), and tofu (165 yen, tax included)!
