Starting with two types of today's sake snacks using secret miso, there is salad, crispy fried chicken, and the specialty dote-ni.The course also includes rice cooked with plenty of seasonal vegetables and dessert, making for a total of eight dishes.Reservations are required for parties of 4 or more.

This is a tender and melt-in-your-mouth stew made with the "chimaki" part of the cow's hind leg, packed with collagen.Made with white miso, red miso, and Hatcho miso, this dish has a slightly sweet flavor and pairs perfectly with alcohol.In addition to green onions and garlic leaves (similar to chives), we also offer toppings such as daikon radish (220 yen including tax), boiled egg (165 yen including tax), and tofu (165 yen including tax)!
